Florissant Marriage License Application

Go to the St. Louis County Recorder's office in Clayton with your partner for the Florissant marriage license. Both must be present for the marriage license application. Bring photo ID and Social Security information. Under RSMo 451.040, Missouri has a three-day marriage license wait after you apply. A judge can waive this marriage license wait for good cause.
