Joplin Marriage License Application

Both people must visit the Recorder's office together for a Joplin marriage license. Bring a valid photo ID showing your legal age. Under RSMo 451.040, there is a three-day marriage license wait between applying and getting the license. A circuit court judge can waive this marriage license wait. No blood test is needed for a Joplin marriage license. You also need your Social Security number.
