How to Get a Webster County Marriage License

Under RSMo 451.040, Missouri requires a three-day marriage license waiting period after you file a marriage license application. You apply at the Webster County Recorder's office in Marshfield and return three days later. A circuit judge can waive the wait for good cause. No blood test is needed.
